Underused Exercises 6


Pressups done on Gymnastic rings.



Quite exceptional for Upper body development. If you can do 50 regular pressups you may only get 10 on the rings. Set em up from a cable crossover or from rafters and away you go.

Had a Shoulder tweak that has cleared up too with the help of Z-Health mobility and a few targeted stretches. Will post a pic of me in the full front split as soon as I get there.
