Is just beginning. Always liked the nature and syllabus by the NASM and been saving for a while to do this. Having done some of their other courses online and most of the CES I'm expecting to reinforce and explore a lot of new learning.

Kettlebell Classes

Going great guns! Got a fabulous group of committed individuals working on a wed and fri for the last 13weeks. Without doubt most of them would be ready for the RKC. Even started incorporating elements from R-Phase and I-Phase with them.

New beginners classes starting soon and a big waiting list.

Getting asked a lot of questions regarding Christian Thibaudeaus new I,BODYBUILDER program. Just wondering if anyone out there has any experience or views on it.
