Last nights C&J
Delighted with the efforts of last night. Managed to go a full 10 sets of 7 and 3 sets of 5 with the 32's. Not getting as winded as quickly as when I started out and my form isn't as shaky when the clock runs down. Upped the protein in the last week by 10% of total daily calories and not suffering any DOMS today. Doing a light session of stretching and some Z before going at it again tomorrow. I still think I'm on track to get the full 45 mins with the 32's. Dropped down again to the 28kgs and 24kgs for the last 12 minutes last night and improved my sets by 2x5reps.
