Reduced training load last night.

Feeling slightly under the weather yesterday and cut right back on the sets accordingly. Used the 24kgs for two sets of 7 before 1 set 28kgs 5 reps and 3x5 with the 32's. Took longer rest periods aswell (2 mins between sets). Much better today, I'll be back on track.
