Plenty of it this AM. Did drills for ankle, knee, hip and shoulder. I've been adding more and more six position shoulder circles and camshafts into my day and I noticed something. My right elbow has been trying to unlock itself in the top position of the shoulder circle after about 4 repetitions. I have been feeling the ever so slight bend, so it's something to watch and try to improve on. The left side is fine though freely flowing.
On another note, Just ordered I-Phase and hoping to have it beginning of next week, can't wait!
Get moving, keep moving, occasionally have a steak and some red wine.
