To Track..

Calories, macronutrient ratios/percentages and as a great way of monitoring your training, log into www.fitday.com and open up a free account. It's easy and well worth the time to see the reakdown of exactly what you put in your mouth. Since starting mine I've upped my Protein intake as from the calculations and the daily eating log I certainly wasn't getting enough.
