Maxwell daily dozen followed by Z-Health knee and hip drills.
Front Squat 5x5 reps
double swing 5x5 reps
military press 3x7 reps with the 28kg. (Felt really heavy today and I struggled with the last 2 reps on each set)
Overhead squats 5x5 reps with both 24's
Floor press with the 32's 5x5 reps.
Pressups (Feet Elevated) 3x20 reps
Rows 4x6reps with the 32kg
Not using any supplements at the moment and getting plenty of sleep and water. Split practice tomorrow
