Great Books Part 1


Power to the people by Pavel Tsatsouline. I discovered this in 2001 after reading a brief but impressive article featuring Pavel. After buying this book I began to look at training, Strength and Physical culture in a totally different light and the deadlift became the cornerstone of my training. An antidote to all other "Fitness" Books i'd read up to that point, this is a great tome of Strength from one of the best out there in the field. Available at http://www.dragondoor.com/
